广州白云山制药股份有限公司是1992年11月经广州市人民政府批准，由广州白云山制药总厂等五家企业通过改制而成立的股份制企业，1993年11月作为广州市首批上市公司之一在深圳证券交易所挂牌上市，现拥有总股本3.74亿元。2004年，公司销售规模达到25亿元。

　　Based on the reorganizations of Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and other four factories, Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (BYS) was founded in November 1992 under the approval of Guangzhou Municipal Government.
