Position: Training Intern
Location: LG Twin Towers, Beijing, China Dept.: Knowledge Management Group, HR Team, LG Electronics China Headquarters Line Manager: KM Group Leader Subordinate: 0 Travel Frequency: Low
Role & Responsibility:
Take in charge of the training for corporate functions (especially HR & Finance staff) of LG Electronics China Headquarters, Sales Branch Offices & Manufacturing subsidiaries.
1 Assist to establish the training system for corporate functions of LG Electronics China network according to their training needs; 2 Make full use of company's resource to develop training courses to improve staff professional competency; 3 Coordinate and arrange training programs for different organizations and give lessons as the trainer; 4 Take in charge of training evaluation and improve training effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements: 1 Bachelor above, management related major preferred; 2 Fluent English as the working language; 3 At least two years experience, preferably in training or managerial; 4 Logical thinking, good communication skills, fast-learning.

Role & Responsibility:
负责LG电子中国有限公司大中华区总部及下属各销售分公司协助结算及财务报告工作。
- 统合结算: - 确保下属五家分公司月度结算的及时、准确; - 协助财务经理向公司高层及韩国总部定期发送财务数据报告; - 制定财务分析报告。
- 经费管理: - 公司总部一般经费审核。
- 财务制度改善: - 依据新的IFRS国际会计准则,协助财务经理制定、完善财务制定,规范总部及分公司财务 流程; - 各分公司财务问题咨询解答,韩国总部财务政策的传达及培训;
- 内外部审计协调: - 内部审计的配合、协调; - PWC审计的配合、协调,向统计、财政等政府机关报送相关材料及检查应对。
Stakeholders: - Internal: Sales & Marketing Dept., Business Planning Group, Finance Dept. of Branch Offices, Tax Group, China Treasury Center - External: CPA Firm; ERP System Developer; Government
Qualification & Competency: - Master Degree, majoring in accounting preferred; - At least 1years accounting & finance management experience, 2008 fresh graduate with good qualifications is also acceptable; - Fluent oral & written English; - Solid knowledge of accounting, CPA certificate preferred( optional) - Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills; - Strong sense of responsibility, team work spirits, able to work under pressure.
