Job Description:
Work closely to other assistants to support Campus Recruitment Program:
1.Offline promotion support (lead team of Ingersoll Rand’s campus ambassadors
)
•Post stick and leaflet deliver to target universities, Career talk logi
stic support, Facilities shipment management, Other events support
2.Information release management
•Adequately make use of popular channel in campus to release job posting
and activities, BBS maintenance
3.Market research
•Research target universities as well as target candidates
4.Resume collection and selection
•E-collect application and screening, Response daily incoming and collec
t common questions to FAQ
5.Interview coordination
•Interview arrangement, Test paper and stationary preparation

Candidate Requirements:
-With Bachelor/Master degree, graduate after 2009.
-Guarantee 4 days per week, fulltime is preferred. (If you can’t guarantee 4

-Good team-player, excellent communication skill.
-Excellent English, both oral and written.
-Working detail and effective implementation
-Having HR or Campus recruitment related experience will be a plus.
