Internship Position: Department assistant

Responsibilities:
*Collect and prepare process related documents.
*Documentation work.& prepare data statistic, summary, analysis and report.
*Follow up logistic issues in department
*Other office administration jobs assigned by manager

Requirements:
*University students major in International trading/Economics or related
*Well organized in office matters, detail-orientated person
*Good in both written and spoken English
*Patience, carefulness and a good team player

Duration: at least 3 days per week, full time available from 1st Sep. to 14th
Sep. preferred

Location: Citigroup tower, Shanghai
