Job Description – Intern (Sales & Marketing)

GoIndustry-DoveBid Plc. is the world’s largest service provider in the surplu
s industrial asset valuation, disposition and management.

GoIndustry-DoveBid (Shanghai) is the wholly owned subsidiary of GoIndustry-Dov
eBid Plc. To support our business development in China, we are looking for in
tern(s) in the capacity of sales & marketing.

The intern(s) will be working with China team as well as other international o
ffices to support various business development and marketing initiatives. The
main responsibilities include:

1. Support campaign marketing for on-going sales projects
a. Market research into targeted market
b. Translation of marketing materials
c. Coordination of media booking
d. Contact prospective customers

2. Support new business development in China
a. Market research in prospective channels
b. Qualify appropriate leads
c. Prepare client pitch documents

3. Build customer database
a. Collect customer information from various sources
b. Build, maintain and manage a customer database
c. Conduct customer analysis


The successful candidate must be a highly motivated individual who is well-org
anised and can pay attention to details. He/she must be confident under a cha
llenging environment with limited resources. He/she should be result-oriented
and is willing to go extra miles to achieve goals. Solid research skill is a
must. He/she should be comfortable to deal with people at different levels a
nd from different culture/background. CET6 or plus is a must. We are expecti
ng the intern(s) can work at least 3 days a week. Graduating students are pre
ferred.
