Operations Internship Opportunity in GE Commercial Finance

Essential Functions (Responsibilities)

· Support Risk team for forecast debtor ledger and new customer data requesti

ng
· Communicating & co-ordinate with Europe IT and finance for new client set-u

p in system
· Creating and updating funding schedule for all clients as well as funding c

onfirmation
· Communicating & co-ordinate with other CF entities in Asia regions e.g. CF

Japan and CF Australia for local funding deals
· Quarter close follow-up items including true-up process, post-mortem
· Handling all kinds of I-factor system file loading, maintaining and reporti

ng including funding file, debtor master file and closing file
· In charge of all deal documentation management including contract, TSO, pri

cing...etc. filing, CMS system updating,
· Client repayment monitoring including collection dashboard for actual vs. f

orecast and client monthly interest invoices collection
· Communicating and co-coordinating with IT team for any system change requir

ements
· Other Working Capital Solution Asia Deals support related activates


Qualifications/Requirements

· Second-year Postgraduate students from top university with related major, e

xpecting to graduate in 2010
· Available to work 5 days per week for more than 6 months
· Excellent in both Chinese and English (Reading / Speaking / Writing)
· Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
· General systems related experience
· Flexible and adaptive work style
· Easily navigate/utilize financial software and database applications
· Quickly adapt to software enhancements
· Be able to work independently with minimum supervision
