Working Frequency:5 days/week; 4 Weeks

Responsibility:
¡¤In NPL transactions,directly support VP/S/VP(Lead Underwriter)in 
key due diligence functions.
¡¤Co-lead/manage due diligence process with Lead Underwriter,ensure 
disciplined underwriting and valuation methodology,and report 
thorough 
and accurate pogress on an ongoing basis.
¡¤Coordinate due diligence activities of 3rd party service 
providers 
such as appraisers,accounting firms,credit agencies,
etc.to ensure 
efficient use of resources and productive data 
collection/validation 
activities maintaining compliance with due 
diligence budgtet targets.

Requirements£º
¡¤Interested in small to medium company financial statement analysis 
¡¤Computer Skills:MS Office with strong Excel,PowerPoint skills.
¡¤Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to build effective working relationships 
¡¤Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to formulate and articulate investment risks and rationale.
